Our History
While Seventeen Residential may be a fresh name in property management, our team brings decades of combined experience across real estate, construction oversight, development consulting, and operations. Backed by a leadership team with deep ties to the Carolinas and a proven track record in multifamily housing and project management, we were created to serve a growing need: reliable, relationship-based property management for owners who care about their assets — and their residents.
We launched our first managed properties in 2025, and since then, have steadily grown our portfolio through word of mouth, developer partnerships, and a reputation for getting the details right.
